They look brilliant, but they seem to fail my first requirement: Costs per
month, not per byte.
I *know* that that's a really rare feature for the really, obviously, decent
guys (If I'd seen it even once, that company would have me begging them to
operate near me). I just can't bring myself to operate without the peace of

Another good possibility is Nitrex. No cap, fixed IP, fixed monthly charge and
genuinely helpful tech support. They'll even do IPv6 if you want (not many
other that A & A seem to offer that, or if they do don't advertise the
fact).
Only drawback is they don't take credit cards for some reason.
