Not if you re-instate expired copyrights, clearly the issue here is that they
didn't do so.

In all seriousness though this is usefull in the sense in that it shows the
difference, ie James Bonds and this and that and this other thing would be out
of copyright sounds more important to people than copyright would be 50 years
shorter.
