The DMCA conference streaming seems to use Silverlight
Authored by: Tkilgore on Friday, March 15 2013 @ 11:38 PM EDT
PJ,

Yes, I could contact them but I am hardly in a position to offer help. As far as
my personal knowledge goes, I do not know any more than the man in the moon
about how to set up something like that. In this line I am nothing but a
consumer. Could we not find someone who could actually help them? And then
contact them?

The DMCA conference streaming seems to use Silverlight

It seems that it is a Polycom system that is providing the stream. It is likely a closed "appliance" like system that integrates into the rest of the Polycom based video system that is being used. In this case, the University is likely using a room based video conferencing system to record the conference and have opted for the "easy" publish to the web route.
