...on one hand...yes...definitely giant bomb...apparently
legal until someone hacks it.
...on the other hand...potentially incredibly useful database
for testing educational outcomes and someday potentially
making policy decisions based on economic and social impacts
instead of straight up sound bites. That sort of giant,
persistent database could make a real contribution. It would
be a shame if Microsoft's lobbying derailed it.
...albeit...parents should be signing release forms.

Health data hmm?
Hooboy, somebody's gonna get slammed. The government tends to get a bit upset
