That would be wildly inaccurate. Groklaw covers worldwide IP issues, not just
Google's. Even a cursory reading of the front page would inform you of that
much.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Feed trolls with sunlight (truth)
You might want to look up the site's opinion of Googles "no psudonyms"
policy.
Or the IBM/RedHat/Novell/SCO/... litigation.
Was Google even involved in the SCO litigation?[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Perhaps we should rename you to M$-Troll and be done with it.
Oh wait, we already did. My mistake.
Do you people ever learn? You are wasting your time. You are just giving us the
opportunity to relate more truth to the world, thus countering your trolling
even more. Are you trying to hurt Microsoft/Apple/The Big bad boys? You are
better off keeping silent and reducing our truth output.
Your very existence is counter-productive to your cause. Either you twist the
facts, giving us the chance to fix it (and correct many other people's
misconceptions), or you rage and start with ad hominem attacks, and get banned.
Either way, we win.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

In fact if you F4 "Google" - they are only mentioned twice in
the entire
article. Both at the very end referring to the
oh-so-classy "scroogled"
campaign. The entire article was
written
about dirty
microsoft.

pj Can you ask Maria to formalise the 15 month extension because even though
Microsoft say they intend to do it, I don't believe they will. This is because
they have already not complied with their previous 5 year agreement, and the
word "intends" shows categorically that they are not committed to it.
"from Maria Madrid, Press Officer: "The formal duration of the
commitments has not been extended, but the Commission takes note that Microsoft
intends to offer the browser choice screen for an additional period of 15 months
after the end of the commitments." [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
