According to the european law the maximal fine is the turnover
of the company. The relevant turnaround in regard of Microsoft
amounts to 5,61 Billion €
The fine therefore is 10 % of the turnaround -> 561 Mio €

Due to the exchange rate risk I won't transform the figure in
USD.

Probably procedure, this is the "first offence" so they have to ramp
up the fines slowly.

Let MS think that this is just a slap on the wrist, I'll sit back and enjoy the
fireworks :)
