Bearing in mind Sir Robin was on a *panel* of Judges, the other two could have
over-ruled him in the appeal.
(I was puzzled by the article, because I didn't think Sir Robin presided over
the case. He didn't.)
Bear in mind also, he is an appeals Judge. There aren't that many of them. If
he's an expert well that's probably why he's an Appeal Court Judge!

Perhaps Sir Robin Jacob should hire out to Apple as a consultant.
I
wonder how FM would present that situation.
Caveat: Unless Apple started
behaving at a higher level of ethics, I doubt Sir Robin Jacob would agree to
work with Apple. There'll be too much conflict with regards what's appropriate
and what's not. But it would be highly amusing to see FM's response.
