The CCIA and RIM Tell the FTC Banning Injunctions for FRAND Patents Can Make Smartphone Wars Worse~pj

All of this 'Google behavior' is alleged unless you have some
citations. Microsoft refused to negotiate and then finally
submitted a lowball offer for license as a ploy to improve
their standing in court. Now they are complaining because
Motorola accepted their offer. Seems to me that MS is the
one exhibiting bad behavior.

First Anonymous:
MS and Apple are claiming they are being discriminated against. Has it been documented/proven? My recollection is that they refused license under almost any terms. MS is complaining about 1 cent per unit."
"Second Anonymous:
That's because that's all anyone else has had to pay so why should they be any different? They're different because Google/Motorola has a beef with them and so is using its FRAND patents in a discriminatory way, for leverage."
Let me translate that so that everyone who doesn't read troll can perfectly understand what this gentleman (Second Anonymous) is implying.

Everyone-not-named-Apple-or-Microsoft:
Hey Moto! can i use some of those SEPs
Moto:
Sure... We're going to offer you pay 2X, and probably settle when you say X
ENNAOM:
Well, golly, i think i'd like to pay X
Moto:
Sweet, we have a deal

Apple-and-Microsoft:
Hey Moto! can i use some of those SEPs
Moto:
Sure... We're going to offer you pay 2X, and probably settle when you say X
AAM:
WHOA!!! WHAT??? That is insane. We're taking you to court.
Moto:
Umm, ok. I'm not really sure why
AAM:
Because you have a beef with us and that totally reasonable offer is now perceived to be too much. Even though it's the same offer you gave to everyone else. You suck Moto i hope you and every other android manufacturer burns - here comes the thermonuclear war !!!
Moto:
Wait we have beef with you? I was just minding my own business yesterday.

IANAL
