Yes, Motorola standing was almost like what I said. The only difference is that
they offered a proportional tariff, not a fixed one. It's a very small
difference in this context.
There are some problems with offering discounts for some parties (like in a
cross licensing agreement), but they are the same problems we always had with
patents (and about the same magnitude) - they lead to anticompetitive
behaviours. If "The People" thinks patents are a good thing, there is
nothing more against that kind of deal. But not price increases, they shouldn't
be ale to get more than the nominal (public) price.

Yes, a judiciary system that won't even listen you for a long while undermines
everything. If that's the case, how can anybody support injuctions at all? It's
