everyone longterm?

Can't drink milk without tinkering with it. "Reduced calorie"?
Oh you were putting sugar in it? So tell me how you get
the lactose out and still get to call it milk...

At least they are thinking of requiring it to be listed. Up
to now, milk has not been required to list anything that is
not added to the milk after the cow is milked.
The notable additive here (fed to the cow before milking) is
Bovine Growth Hormone (BGH). That has caused some very
volatile lawsuits that have universally been smacked down by
the courts. BGH does not have to be listed.
I know from personal experience that milk absorbs anything
that the cow eats. The best milk comes from cows fed on
clover. Going from that to milk from a cow fed alfalfa is an
abysmal experience. Can you spell "Yuck!"?
The same thing goes for chickens and the eggs they lay. We
had to watch what we threw out from the kitchen. No onions
or garlic. Don't feed them fish meal.

I know of many folk who cannot take that stuff. I have a mild allergic reaction
to it but some have had a different outcome.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
