If that happens in the EU (and it could be an outcome) then Microsoft has lost
its EU market. Others emboldened by such an event would probably jump on the
bandwagon. Interesting times but MS will probably find a way to back down

I'm wondering what will happen when MS goes in front of the German judge.
First, they are probably going to have to explain to the German judge all about
why they asked an American judge to block his earlier ruling.
I expect it to go down hill from there.
Further more, I expect anyone filing anything against MS in Europe to demand
huge bonds up front. The justification is that MS has already been shown to
ignore European rulings and ask American judges to block them. I expect
European judges to agree.
