Monsanto knew when they started marketing the Roundup Ready(TM)
crops they had 20 years max to work on Plan B before the Roundup
resistant weeds took over. Coca farmers struck it lucky, maybe the
tropical climate, and got a selectively bred Roundup resistant
coca plant after only four years of govt spraying.

Yes, it's possible the coca was laboratory modified, but using
a different technique, so nothing due to Monsanto.

So why isn't Monsanto suing the cocaine suppliers

If you think that the RIAA/MPAA are 'difficult', just
consider what the response of the drugs 'distributors' would
be to -say- a cease and desist letter.

Come to think of it, there is a certain similarity in the
business model.
