I've had one problem with Newegg. They sell packages of products that don't
work together. I recently bought a case and power supply package from newegg
that didn't work together.

A case and power supply are something I always expect to go together. These two
didn't work together. The power supply wires were too short for the case.
Fortunately, I had a spare power supply and was able to use it instead.

However, when I told newegg about it, I received a somewhat rudely worded reply
that said they don't make sure all the components of their packages work
together and it was up to me to make sure before I ordered.

I was really put off. I'm not sure if I'll buy from newegg again. If I have to
spend all the effort tracking down the manufacturers of everything they sell,
and making sure all the parts are compatible, I think it might just be too much
work. Especially for things as fundamental as a case and power supply.
