I didn't see it mentioned in the article. When the appeal ruled the patents
invalid, did it also vacate the $2.5 million judgement against Newegg? That
would seem to be the direct result of the patents not existing anymore.
However, it is noticeable that you didn't mention the judgement at all. Does
that mean it still stands? If so, that would be another really annoying and
stupid thing that our legal system has done, to make Newegg pay $2.5 million for
