No EU dumbing down,

I suspect an Intel standard Core-i3,5,7 heatsink fan would not comply.
There's a lot of white box gear shipped into countries which silently
syphon IEC regs into local law. In the interests of openness does
any reader here have the amendment to IEC 60950-1?
What's the story about the power connector?
