Apple's capacity for the antithesis of 'Don't be Evil' grows

If you were look through the open source downloads available for each release of
OS X you'd find the amount of included open source code requiring source code
disclosure diminishing as time progresses forward.

The quality of their patent applications appears no higher than the rest of the
industry and can embrace both OS X and iOS.
