Most likely the Apps done is such a short time frame are bug ridden, and the
approval process is likely lacking just to get to the projected goal. Clue to
MS, its not quantity that makes a good platform, its having quality apps that do
what you need.
MS only needs one killer app. Its called a Dalvik emulator,
that runs Android apps out of the box. If they had that the rest would be

Most of them seem to be games and entertainment. They're low cost, disposable
