Maybe Microsoft should try this trick.

40% of Blackberry 10′s apps are repackaged Android APKs

It would be poetic justice for Microsoft to have to be the far behind minority player working to repackage applications from the major player -- that runs on Linux.

What about quality?

Years ago when linux was boasting thousands of programs on the CD the complaint
was that who needed a dozen editors, music players....

How many of these are apps that you'll use daily, or even more than once?
