scared of havong an opinion

It seems as though she's so scared of having an opinion... I guess she doesn't
want to make more mistakes so she tries to through the case in the bin as fast
as possible and let somebody else deal with it.

The amazing bit in my opinion
Authored by: ais523 on Wednesday, January 30 2013 @ 06:23 AM EST
She actually outright stated that the jury's opinion was inconsistent on the
facts (#2220 page 18). She also pointed to precedent that that's not enough to
overturn a jury verdict, if it's about facts not laws.

This seems to potentially be a problem with the precedent, rather than the
judge. It strikes me as odd, at the least, that a verdict can contain that sort
of inconsistency but yet still be accepted.
