Or, put another way, pointing out typos in comments is the lowest form of
argument.
It's always interesting to me that people here both wonder that there aren't
more attorneys that bother commenting in these threads, and then turn
around and scream "troll" whenever any one bothers to post actual
legal-type
information.
I have no particular idea who will win or rooting interest in the appeals. Just
pointing out that there will be no special "taking of time". There are
extremely precise deadlines that govern appeals. There will be the notices of
appeals per FRAP 4, then briefing schedules. Pretty simple.
In the future, you might want to incorporate what you learn, instead of
