The case is PersonalWeb Technologies LLC and Level3 Communications, LLC v Rackspace US, Inc. and Rackspace Hosting, Inc., number 6:12-cv-00659, US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Scribd has the Complaint, which was filed on September 17 of last year. I happen to have a PACER account, so I snuck a look. The Court granted the Defendants until December 17, 2012 to file their Answer to the Complaint (which they did). On January 15 of this year, the case was reassigned from Judge Davis to Judge Schneider; it was subsequently reassigned back to Judge Davis on February 5. Other than attorney appearances, the docket doesn't show anything else.
