Well, that's simple. See, it's an ARITHMETIC computation. NOT mathematics. And
mathematics would be non-patentable, by statute. But this is arithmetic, not
mathematics. Therefore patentable.
I don't know why all those mathematicians out there don't see this as obvious.
On the other hand...it's an insidious plot. Mathematicians are PRETENDING not to
see this obvious conclusion, because it threatens their BUSINESS MODEL!
Therefore, blow them off. What do they know about computation anyway? Turing,
von Neumann, McCarthy, Atanasoff -- ignorant bums. Only in Law Schools do you
find real truth, really sustainable business models!
(1) Acquire patent. (2) Every machine with a computer in the world infringes.
(3) Profit! To Teh MOON!
