She is addressing the EU. If the US want's to take note and act to remedy the
situation there that's OK.

I do not and never will condone unlawful activity.

If you aren't supposed to sit at the front of the bus, you should respect the
law and not engage in that unlawful activity. And if the police say disperse,
do so immediately. If you happen to be trapped behind police lines and can't
leave the area, it's only because you were engaging in criminal activity before
the announcement was made. Taking pictures of police in a public area is
equivalent to felony wiretapping. And while all of this is happening, remember
that protecting yourself from a swinging baton is resisting arrest.

A comment elsewhere suggested that Aaron's penalty would have
been substantially less had he gone to JSTOR and stolen the
hard drive full of files out of the server.
