looked like the subheading to that linked story. Netmarketshare says

>> We collect data from the browsers of site visitors to our exclusive
on-demand network of HitsLink Analytics and SharePost clients. The
network includes over 40,000 websites, and spans the globe. We ‘count’
unique visitors to our network sites, and only count one unique visit to
each network site per day.<<

http://marketshare.hitslink.com/report.aspx?qprid=10
looks at client operating systems (no servers) and finds overall
Windows 80%, iOS 6.5%, MacOS 6%, Android 2.5%, WinPho 7.5 0.1%,
Others 4.9%
Note WinPho 8 disappears in the margin of error, and more people
access the web on iPods (not iPhone or iPad) than WinPho.

By selecting Device=Mobile+Tablet we find
iPad 33.6%, Android(all vns) 24.2%, iPhone 22.5%, JavaME 10.2%,
Others 9.5%
Note their counting of Others includes Kindle, Nook and Galaxy Tab,
and Windows Mobile all versions still only equals iPods at 1.1%

Android needs a printer... can't print.

Android, why no print?
So, that is a problem with a ceiling.
