I was speaking of the classification the state puts on this municipality for
purposes of financial disbursement. I live here but I am not from here. I am
from a small town (not really revealing significant PII here) called Whynot,
population (at least estimation) was <300 live souls. Our only claims to fame
so far have been a world class dirt track that has its own web site and Davis
Eli "David" Ruffin, once lead singer of the Temptations.

The postmaster either knows every resident, or else treats the address as
'general delivery', and, since it is a very small town, throws the mail in with

that of the most likely recipient.

That is the virtue of living in towns of a population of 1,000 or less.
Th vice is that everybody knows everything about everybody else.

Meanwhile, the post office in the city that builds more malware than the rest of

the planet combined, returns all snail mail addressed to me, with the address
that i currently reside at, because my name is not on the front door. I can only

get my name on the front door if I own the condo.
