ROFL - love the graph

Compared with the image, Sat I spent the day - roughly, very vague recollection roughly - half on the couch, half in bed. Kinda snooze (sorta) on the couch while I had something on (sometimes a dvd of Magnum PI, sometimes a dvd of Looney Toons) for a couple hours, then swap to the bed when the chills/heat waves hit.

Might have to consider the mango juice. I usually opt for apple juice and my spice mix. I've used apple/cinamon tea for years to help clear the sinuses. Now I use a mix that's mostly found in "Bengal Spice" tea.

Cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, ginger, turmeric
Most of them, the exception being turmeric, is found in deserts. They won't fight the cold/flu for me, but I find they do a knockout on most of the symptoms.

So it sounds like mango juice really would be the drink of choice if one was
lying in a none-too-healthy state after suffering a shipwreck.

Nice to know! :o)

That is why I refrain from looking up symptoms on the web unless necessary.

Human habit of planning for "worst case scenario" does not always
apply that well to self-treatment XD.
