..if you by "EULAs" mean "End User License Agreement_s_",
these agreements are contracts, commonly far more restrictive
than warranted by common sense or traditions.
..if they are unreasonably restrictive, they may be
overturned in court under contract law.
..if they are "violated" as in breached, these contracts may
be enforced if they are reasonable under contract law.
.."copyright violations" is a completely different animal, it
lands you in criminal courts if you no longer have or never
had a license to the copyrighted goods you acquired, this is
