Sadly - some people just like to bully - even if the person they are targeting is deceased

There could be any number of reasons such as trying to defend Ortiz' actions.

Sadly, sometimes it's just a case of bullying.

Take the 16 year old who committed suicide recently because she couldn't take any more of the bullying she was subjected to.

One person in particular said the bullying was her own fault. That if she had just conformed with what her peers viewed as normal she wouldn't have been bullied. She brought it on herself.

I group that person in with the people who bullied her. The individual is nothing less then a bully himself. A coward who says nasty things about someone who is unable to defend themselves for one reason or another. In this case, one who choose to blame a deceased person for the crimes that were committed against her.

Just because someone is different - whether by choice or not - does not excuse others being deliberately mean to that person. If the difference is one which causes someone harm - then I could see the difference being a problem. But if it causes no one harm there's zero excuse for targeting the person with nasty behavior just because they're different.

Sadly - some people simply choose to bully the deceased.
