Don't waste your efforts on things that
can't ever happen. Rewriting the
Computer Fraud & Abuse Act is at least
possible.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

1) About the most she could be charged with is criminally negligent
manslaughter due to recklessness.
"Criminally negligent manslaughter" (Wikipedia article)
2)
A better solution would be to put her on a list of law-and-order extremists that
should be vigorously campaigned against whenever they seek elective office.
(An opponent could refer to her as a "Red Queen" who has succeeded in
collecting at least one head.)

The DA seems more likely to be a sociopath (sensu lato someone sans
conscience or any empathy for other human beings, and willing to do
anything to achieve her/his goals) rather than a criminal. On
the other hand, I've heard it said that there are so many laws on the books that
the average American unwittingly commits about three felonies a day, so maybe
she is too. [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
