It's the label on a link in the first sentence of the ninth paragraph (counting
indented quotations as being paragraphs).

all moved to dismiss on summary judgment -> all moved to dismiss on the pleadings
Authored by: Anonymous on Monday, January 07 2013 @ 07:42 AM EST
The motion to dismiss was filed pursuant to Court of Chancery Rule 12(b)(6),
which is "failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted",
which was mostly likely raised in a motion to dismiss on the pleadings (see
Court of Chancery Rule 12(c), not a motion for summary judgment. See

Footnote heading 182 reads 82
Authored by: AntiFUD on Monday, January 07 2013 @ 08:17 PM EST
Whilst the Judge's ruling's Footnote 182 correctly goes to the right footnote
(and returns correctly) the listing of footnotes runs ... 181, 82, 183 ... but
the underlying html tag correctly reflects 182.

The only reason I mention it is because it would be more correcter for the
version that goes to the LOC archive.
