His appeals will go no where.

Not to say that there are no issues with corporate personhood because there
are.

However, most of the people currently trying to attack corporate personhood with
schemes like this and the people cheering them on have no understanding of the
125 years of history behind it, why it was done in the first place or what
really causes the problems.

If a scheme like this were to succeed there is a large probability it would end
up doing more harm than good.
