In the 80s, the laws concerning liability of corporate
employees and board members were gutted. What used to be
criminal is no longer a cause for concern.

We really need to roll back some of these laws. Not that I
expect that to happen before Hell freezes over, but....

You can't put a Corporation in prison, but you can the CEO n/t

The CEO is not the corporation. Simply replacing the CEO without changes in
corporate culture wouldn't fix any of the problems that led to criminal charges
against a corporate entity.

Actually, all those people and functionaries required by
law to be part of the corporation would be even better.
