Do you honestly expect the Supremes to make a decision that software is abstract because of a response of:

You don't understand, ipso facto it's abstract! Um... wow. I don't understand how a jet engine functions either. By the logic you just applied, jet engines must be abstract and not physical. Sorry, I don't accept such a response and I absolutely wouldn't blame the Supremes for not accepting such a response either.

You know... instead of just telling me I don't understand how about you explain the actual physical storage of how RAM functions?
