Which in itself is a problem. OTOH, most human beings cannot, through thought

The process is called carding, and it is common with wool.
Cotton was harder because it has lots of very small seeds in
it. But wool has things like burrs, other weed seeds,
manure,
cigarette packages and beer cans (from the shearers), sticks
and miscellaneous junk. None of which is as small as a
cotton
seed.
There are such things as carding combs.
I'm sure there is another example, though. :-)
