PJ, where do you breakdown Samsung's side
Authored by: MadTom1999 on Saturday, December 29 2012 @ 04:57 AM EST
Feel free to have a go yourself.
Poking holes in arguments is easy when there is a hole to poke through.
Its not biased to see all the holes in Apple's case and all the holes in
Samsung's case and list them. Perhaps the Samsung holes are a bit harder to
find, or maybe their lawyers have done a good job of ensuring there were few or
none - but feel free to find them and if you find enough we may be able to make
a case that PJ is biased.
Until then....

PJ, where do you breakdown Samsung's side

You seem not to have read our comments policy.
Ad hominem comments are a violation. Try to
improve.

And if you wish to do what you think I'm not
doing, go right ahead. That would be a better
use of your commenting.

But keep in mind that legal coverage isn't about
making sure you analyze everything. It's about
noticing things that others are not noticing. And
what I notice is that Samsung was not treated
equally in this trial. It was not therefore a
fair trial,in my view. That's important. And you
should care about it. Regardless of who it was,
I'd be doing what I'm doing, because a fair trial
is an important part of a legal system, and when
it's not being provided, someone needs to speak.
