IBM makes hardware..

I don't know if they have or are planning to support 64 bit
ARM.

But if they build a piece of hardware that has ARM-64, then
it is a good bet that they will have Linux as an option for
it.

IBM has been making a point of having Linux as an OS option
for every piece of hardware they make.

If the price/performance, and/or customer demand is there, I
would expect them to react accordingly.

As for Oracle, I have no idea why anybody uses their
software any more. Well, yeah, I do. It's the huge cost of
migrating to a new solution. But it seems that Oracle
customers hate Oracle even more than MS customers hate MS.
