Don't forget the most common one: verbal bullying

And I can say from personal experience that can come from many sources:

    Parents
    Siblings
    Cousins
    Strangers
And most of it - from what I've observed of those bullying myself as well as others around me being bullied - tend to be:
    Picking on someone in a mean fashion because there's something different about them.
Like teen girls who abuse other teen girls because those girl's "aren't fashionable".
