But a small quad will simply fall out of the sky after the first shot. Its not
hard to build a bigger one tho.
The context of the constitution has to be considered - when it was written you
could fire one shot and by the time you'd reloaded your assailant/victim could
have run the effective distance between you and punched you in the face. As a
weapon of mass destruction, this was only feasible in the militias this rule was
intended for.
We now have the technology for someone to build a drone that can wipe out a
small town for less that $10k if they have access to the weapons that are easily
available in the US - make sure you don't use iMaps in it though.
