The article only mentions Outlook, not office as a whole. I can't remember the
last time I needed to import or export data in those types of format from there.
I suspect this isn't the story you think it is. Shame though, I thought for a
moment that I would be able to have a " told you so" moment with my

Keeping it would cost really little for
Microsoft
Except all the upgrades for no other reason than to be
able to continue to import/export word documents.

Well, I try to avoid Outlook when possible and even install Thunderbird on work
computers if I can, so this won't affect me much.

| A friend of mine is a die hard Outlook user with gmail as a back end. His wife
received a "please send money - I can't pay the hotel bill" email from a close
friend.
Gmail had a bright red bar at the top of the message - "suspected
fraud". Outlook said nothing. They were at Western Union when they figured out
that they had been taken.

Just curious. Does it import ISO/IEC 26300 standard documents from LibreOffice
