Lack of experience?

Judge Koh is relatively new to the bench. She may even believe that some
of the firms coming before her are upright and honorable institutions.

Me, I personally think they are all sociopaths, but I'm probably far more
cynical than is healthy.

If I were a judge, I wouldn't hear _any_ case involving an 'in review' s/w
patent, bogo-patents being as common as they are.
