You basically seem to be restating the judge's order without saying you are
doing so.
Since the judge is pretty much wrong here, you are being label as inaccurate.
Since you were a bit oblique about the fact that you were paraphrasing the
order, you are also being called to task for failing to cite your sources :P.

But read the Groklaw Mission Statement - under the "About
Groklaw" button on the top bar - and the Groklaw Comments
Policy - same place.
Many people come here and think that this is an opinion
blog. It's not. It is a working site. The real focus here is
on getting cases documented, researched and analyzed in
light of the facts. Many attorneys read this blog. Some, we
suspect, are on the cases we are discussing. Or else some
mighty peculiar coincidences are occurring.
We have "Off Topic" and "News Picks" for opinions.
There's a place for lots of people here. Maybe you are one
of them.
