I think this case derailed when the case was jammed into an unreasonable time
slot and Judge Koh was going to make the time slot work versus assessing the
magnitude of the case and ensuring that all aspects of the case were covered
correctly. This handling of the case resulted in expediency versus quality.
Judge Koh got what she set up. A poor quality verdict.

Please let me remind you all that while it's OK
to disagree with a sitting judge, it's not OK at
Groklaw to be disrespectful in doing so. I've
had to remove several comments already. So help
me out please, everybody. It just makes extra

She's very thorough and sites many precedents for her decision. I think
appealing on the basis of any perceived deception during voir dire is going to
