Been answered where ya been?

This a contractual lawsuit between 2 American companies, which was first
filed in the US.

The German lawsuit was filed many months later, bc Moto thought that
they could win some leverage there before the US lawsuit was resolved.

Since they are both American companies, the patents involve worldwide
licenses, and the lawsuit starts in the US, the US legal system can put any
injunctions on hold. It doesn't mean the lawsuits stop in Germany, just the
possibility of injunctions, just until this US lawsuit is resolved.

But Google/Moto may get in trouble in the EU just like Samsung was
recently called out for pursuing injunctions over SEPs.

Any intelligent person who is against patents of black rectangles with
rounded corners should also be against the use of SEPs for injunctions.

Just saying if you think Apple is wrong, how could any rational educated
person support injunctions based on SEPs.

I have no skin in this game, there are just to many ignorant extremists who
don't know what they are talking about.
