The agents in this case are not likely to involve GPL code, but the
agreement appears to cover a very wide range. Note that I used the word
'appears' because the redacted sections make it impossible to be totally
certain what the agreement covers.

That said, I think that the Kernel Team needs to look into hiring a lawyer to
work on compliance with companies like HTC and Microsoft.
