Now, that's a cheery thought. Why won't the US courts help with this? If they
did, it might come to pass sooner.

Yup it would be a repeat offense and subject to a massive penalty. Note how MS
is squirming somewhat over their 'browser oversight' exposure to the EU
searchlight.

Did Microsoft even write the documentation themselves? I seem to remember that they needed assistance from the Samba team to get the documentation written.
