Apple and Samsung File The Lists and a New Dispute on an Expert Declaration ~pj

Think you might be over generous. What if the judge goes onto say:

Just to make sure this is fair I will count these pages out myself.
One page from Apple, one page Samsung, one page from Apple.
One page from Apple, one page Samsung, one page from Apple.
One page from Apple, one page Samsung, one page from Apple.
One page from Apple, one page Samsung, one page from Apple...

I agree with you. I expect the issue will
show up in the appeal.

I'm sorry that it bothers you about page lengths but in the real world, and
university at higher levels, page limits are enforced.

It no longer is write at least 25 pages, it becomes put a strong argument in
5 pages and if I'm convinced you are right, I may ask for further
explanation.

Once you achieve a high enough level of education, you can make an
arguement in 10 pages that it takes lesser educated people 50 pages of
babbling. You learn to argue your strongest and succinct points.

That's the real world.
