First Report from the Apple v Samsung Hearing - Judge Koh Takes It Under Advisement ~pj
Authored by: PJ on Friday, December 07 2012 @ 12:04 AM EST
Who knows is the right answer. (Only the
judge knows.) Everything is argued at a
hearing, and it doesn't mean anything that
that happened.

But having said that, this judge hasn't shown
a lot of interest in Samsung's arguments, I
think it's fair to say, so it would be an upset
if she were to rule for Samsung. However, on
the damages, I think she is certain to make
changes. She kind of has to, in that the
jury's math does not compute.

And I think they will take this just as far as it can go,
with over a billion dollars at stake. Come back in 5 or 6
years and we'll see who won.
