It's a question of what's in the record

It is also very difficult to lift the veil on jury deliberations; they are
assumed sacrosanct. So Samsung will have to lay a strong case for them to be
examined. Even if it succeeds, it is not permissible to delve into the
reasonings of the jury, only into such things as external evidence that was
introduced.

Bankruptcy records NOT destroyed ...

We have seen the bankruptcy records of Hogan. I have read through
the PDF myself. It is in the Estrich declaration Exhibit B.

What is lost is records of the lawsuit with Seagate
that may have led to their bankruptcy.
