there needs to be somthing done about silly lists of things that come out a
month or so befor the end of the year.
think even if you think nothing could happen there needs to be consquence for

tech ad might be safe this year but a viral ad campaign is viral and if
successful will make the reporter into a liar.

That pesky patent-troll/sock-puppet lodsys

So, lodsys claims to have invented "live interactive chat". Funny, I remember doing
the same thing at 300 baud back in 1983. Dial up a BBS, enter a command and
exchange messages with the sysop, if he was sitting at the computer.

But of course! They call it "chat", so it's different even though it's exactly the same!

They may still continue to do it, but at least the truth is where it needs to be.
