Well it is obvious that one is Microsoft, and likely the second is their fake competitor, Apple. Very likely now that it was Apple since the FTC just handed them a carrot with the SEP amicus.

But "at least two" tells me it was just those two. No more.

Patent trolls sue retailers

I'll bet the politicians are going to start hearing about
patent problems now! If that idiot heading the patent office
was correct, these patents wouldn't exist.
